Short answer: No You shouldn’t stop if it’s normal. If it’s low then visit your consulting doctor for advice. We can see 2 weeks of home BP readings morning & evening. Based on that we can adjust your daily dose. Normal BP usually means the medication is working. Stopping medication often makes BP uncontrolled again. Can be fatal to have brain stroke / heart attack / loss of vision also.
